Pin as last tab

In the "Pin tab" feature request issue I mentioned that I was interested in pinning as the last tab https://github.com/romgrk/barbar.nvim/issues/84#issuecomment-798776252. Since that issue was solved I'm opening a new issue only for this topic.

The use case would be pinning Terminal buffers or other stuff that you don't want to get mixed with the rest of your buffers.
