I cannot reproduce this on `master` (pre-56 at `2568336e90ce5f13e2423542f461788726caafe1`): following the steps in https://github.com/metabase/metabase/issues/45919#issuecomment-2396564466 the hidden column _is_ visible when editing the model. Can still reproduce on 55.7
