FR: create non-hardware-backed subkeys for the main hardware-backed key

It would be great to use Trezor to store (generate) the main private key, but create actual non-trezor subkeys to be used without Trezor. this is not possible now unless I have missed something.

It looks like the reverse is supported right now, but I think it would be useful to be able to generate signing sub keys to be used in cases with no access to Trezor (on phones, for instance).
