"'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xe9" error when trying to download a subtitle

Issue description:

I have not been able to download any subtitle recently (not exactly sure when it started and maybe it's only with new TV shows, I did not tried with much older ones) with a error log mentioning an encoding problem in the HTTP request response content apparently.

I noticed https://github.com/romanvm/service.addic7ed/issues/31 but the error log seems different.

Looks like French subs are encoded in win-1252 instead of UTF-8. I will fix the error.
