Add ability to specify theme attributes as XML attribute values

i.e. ?attr/colorControlNormal, ?attr/colorControlActivated, ?attr/colorAccent, etc.

Not sure if this is possible or not because I guess it would require users to also specify some sort of Android theme as well... but just an idea.
