Can I run the whole program on command line in R/Rstudio instead of using the GUI? Thanks! Rini

Hi there. Yes, you can launch Cerebro from within R. Actually, that is the recommended method because the standalone version isn't up to date anymore. You can find the documentation here: https://romanhaa.github.io/cerebroApp/reference/launchCerebro.html
