ViewPager doesn't receive setOnTouchListener with 1.0.3 Version

i have AndroidX ViewPager and pageIndicatorView inside ConstraintLayout and i'm using setOnTouchListener for the ViewPager , before 1.0.3 it works fine but after it doesn't receive onTouch anymore.
