Add license type

The project needs to marked with a license? Is this public domain, MIT, etc?

The code was in public domain and I copied everything it has, if I remember correctly. It probably does not need additional license since it did not have it in first place.

Could you put a section in the readme with explanations about the license? It will prevent future doubts in my project

There was no licensing information in the original file set so I don't want to invent anything here. I also referenced this thread in the root README.

I am the original author of this, it was uploaded to tmhares website with no usage restrictions
