Bug with missing initial "|"

Really, %SUBJ.

Explanation:

If line that you are at doesn't have | at start, then it's just deleted by plugin. Table remains unformatted.

The plugin only formats valid markdown tables. A line without a leading | is not a valid table line. It shouldn't delete anything though, this is certainly a bug.

Tho yeah, if the line starts with anything but | it just deletes it...

You could use this to generate a blank table if you use the plugin on an empty line and do nothing if the line is not empty and doesn't start with |
