sndcpy does not transfer audio played by poweramp

As title, system is android 11, works fine (although I need to start cmd a second time for it to play) But only the sound played by poweramp on the phone is not transferred. The other apps work perfectly fine, I can hear the sound from both the phone and the PC, but the audio played by poweramp can only be heard from the phone. I'd love to get some help on this.
