Disconnect device won't stop vlc in Windows

as the title I saw that in README.md Press Ctrl+c in the terminal to stop (except on Windows, just disconnect the device or stop capture from the device notifications). So when each time I need to stop playing sound, I disconnect my device.

But that vlc still running. That cause me take a lot of vlc process running in the background, holding my memories....

And hope Ctrl+c or orther way to quit may work on windows future feature. Keeping plug/unplug or connect/disconnect adb is quite annoying...
