Your video capture does not match what you copied in your comment https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/issues/5170#issuecomment-2270709239. Press Windows+R, type `cmd` and press Enter. Does it open a terminal?
In that terminal, type: ``` cd Downloads\scrcpy-win64-v2.6.1\scrcpy-win64-v2.6.1 adb devices scrcpy ``` What is the output?
Is the sound correctly recorded in your mkv file? (play it with VLC) Also see #3864.

The fact that this option (which is not even present in AOSP) requires a Mi account and a network connection is so stupid… If in addition it does not work...
They probably set the "secure flag" to prevent capture, so it cannot be captured (#36, #2129).
