add eternalsafe.eth.limo to lookup actions
In the same way we want navigation to https://app.safe.global/ frontend to be in the available lookup actions (see #524), it would also be nice to include an action for https://eternalsafe.eth.limo/ which is a decentralized deployment of the same frontend.
This would need to be solved in the same way we solve #524, which might require #526.
