animation update breaking
might be able to recreate the way it happened to me
How it happened:
- Loaded into workshop map(config generator to be specific)
- After 5 mins do the command map de_mirage
- Spawn in and boom this happened
After a round local anims are updating again
but bones are still fucked
Notes:
- I am NOT messing with team/friendlies in any way nor hooking anything that's not the same in default(anims are also the same so are how bones are handled)
- Built with c++20 using same default settings as what comes with the base

thats a point havent tested this yet
happens on valve maps too
both this and #239 had never happened to me, neither at local/valve/community servers. consider review your local changes better next time. please test does those really persists for you on clear and actual commit of base.
1:1 current base versio(apart from name ctrl+h that to load configs) same steps still breaks local animations however and fixes itself when you shoot
yeah but as you can see there's no bones breaks. i will investigate into animation breaks when i'll have time, should be pretty easy to fix it on your own tho.
