[Bug] Not all mentees in drop down menu in "Expel/Unassign Student" Page

Describe the bug I have a 4 students and I wanted to remove one of them from my Student list (cause this affects the number of interviews) but he is not available for this action. I see he expelled (I don't know the actual date) but still in my Student list

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Expel/Unassign Student'
2. Click on Student drop down menu
3. See all students - 1 expelled

Expected behavior In menu there are all your current students for removing OR maybe take this factor (expelled students) into account for the further number of interviews
