Integration with EPAM Heroes

Describe the feature Currently there is no way to request the EPAM badges for students/mentors. It would be great to have a separate section for EPAM Integration in RS App, where student or mentor could request an EPAM Badge.

Additional context The feature should be enabled only for those users who connected their EPAM account in RS App and should fall under the one/multiple of the following criteria to be able to request the badge:

• has a certificate of completion for at least one of the courses
• mentored at least in one of the courses

Ideally, it would be a good idea to save all these requests into a separate table in the database, so that it could be used in a separate table list, where one of admins could approve or decline the user's badge request. Afterwards, admin should be able to export the list as XLS/CSV file to upload it into EPAM Heroes page to automatically trigger the process.

The scope should be limited only with the RS App and should not include further automation processes with EPAM Heroes. At least for now.
