[BUG] give a warning when adding skaters with the same number

Describe the bug At the moment it's allowed to have to skaters with the same number at the roster This brakes the several screens. screen-eplt-doublenumber

I know that this should never happen, but it may happen before a game when entering numbers manually

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Operator/Teamas
  2. add the skater twice with the same number
  3. See the borken screen on whiteboard and ePLT displays

Expected behavior give a warning that there are double numbers in a colored format and only show the first skater with that number on the ePLT and Whiteboard Screen
