thread_terror not building on Windows

The pthread library is specified for thread_terror in CMakeLists.txt. This is not needed for a build on Windows (MSVC). A "build all" of the generated trompeloeil.sln fails at the link step.

Fix coming in a PR from @AndrewPaxie .
