button-lock in comment in "java/c/C++" mode

Hello,

I tried to used fixmee to highlight fixme into the comments for C/C++/Java mode but without success so far. I think the problem might be originated by the fact that button-lock seems to not consider this mode. Am I on the right track or I already misunderstood something ?
