Does DRCSIM work from a virtual machine? I can't get it to communicate reliabaly.

Rig: Win 10 AMD CPU desktop, with a Panda PAU07 5GHz USB WiFi adapter.

I've been trying to get DRCSIM to work on my Windows 10 desktop through a VMware Workstation virtual machine, and cannot get it to communicate properly.

I tried several OS's including Ubuntu 16 & 18, Ubuntu Mate, and Debian 9. The most luck I get is getting DRCSIM to pair. After that, it simply will not connect when starting the server. I even tried a Virtualbox VM with similar results.

I have absolutely no issues connecting when creating a dedicated Linux drive to run DRCSIM, but I'd rather have it running in a VM for the sake of convenience.

If anyone uses DRCSIM in a virtual machine, and cares to share their configuration, please list up your VM software, OS, wifi adapter, and any specific steps that might be necessary to successfully connect.

Thanks in advance.
