Some Plugins not Registering bug/feature request

Hi! So when trying to add some new plugins they don't seem to be recognised. This is likely due to the plugins not being configured/created correctly. But it would be nice to have a feature to specifically add one. For example, select a .dll file specifically and then Lighthost tells you "Yeah nah this aint it fam" or "Ah, found it, added it to your list" or something
