i might be able to help you but i need your audioroutingchain/-path to maybe get ideas what you could try.

Did you enable the Output to VSTs within Voicemeeter for your mic-channel?

You can only have one stereo input and output selected for ASIO. If you have multiple active within Lighthost, nothing will work. This is annoying for me as well, as I would very much like to make a multichannel setup for myself as well.
