`trice l -p com6 -baud 921600 -logLevel msg` needs better output formatting

It should exclude then empty lines and ignore prefix and postfix information.

In general it works, but could get improvement.

trice l -p com4 -logLevel off -suffix aaa delivers for each supressed (==all) log a total empty line. trice l -p com4 -logLevel msg delivers for each suppressed log a line with host timestamp, prefix and suffix.
