[Enhancement] Option to Toggle extension visibility in fly-out menus

Please add an option to disable the display of .exe, .lnk, and such inside of the fly-out menus.

Also, perhaps make it not show hidden/system files? I use mine instead of showing desktop icons so I can have interesting backgrounds visible, however, the menu shows the desktop.ini file which you normally don't see unless you go looking for it.
