Wrong language set for man/dli.serc.iisc.ernet.in books

https://archive.org/search.php?query=sponsor%3Adli.serc.iisc.ernet.in contains many books which are marked as being in "English", while they are in other languages. The field dc.language.iso (e.g. http://dli.serc.iisc.ernet.in/handle/2015/291019?show=full ) should be fetched instead.

As you know, that IA does not create djvu files, if we mark the language as Bengali. For example, please check https://archive.org/details/BangiyaSabdakoshVol1

Thats why, we mark them in such language (like English) in which IA creates a djvu file. After getting a djvu file, metadata can be changed and language can be corrected. If IA create djvu for Bengali also, then it will be good for us.
