setup.py installs incompatible oic from pip

Open theloi opened this issue 10 years ago • 4 comments

The setup.py script installs the oic 0.4.0 package from pip which is not compatible anymore with the current head of oictest. Two solutions are possible:

  • release a new version of oic from git repo head of pyoidc
  • let setup.py install from git repo head of pyoidc directly

Last time you were really quick releasing a pip version pf pyjwkest, so i guess you prefere that way.

Kind regards o

Any progress on this issue? I'm not 100% it's holding me back but it keeps failing on Windows and Ubuntu. Thanks!

I thought I’d solved that but these are moving targets so I’d really have to have a more rapid/coordinated release cycle.
