Could you please explain the difference between parameters minClusterSize and minPoints?

The minPoints parameter refers to k nearest neighbors around each point which make a circle and the point itself and these k points make primary cluster at very early stages of algorithm. (minPoints=k+1) While, the minClusterSize, is used in last stages in order to merge clusters and build a denser hierarchy. you can find a good explanation here https://hdbscan.readthedocs.io/en/latest/how_hdbscan_works.html
