No popup on tv fix

Turn on Developermode on tv : In settings screen open 'info' Press multiple time on kernel version until you see developermode enabled. In the settings you now see {developer}. Open this and turn on USB debugging\foutopsporing on phone install ' remote adb Shell' Open this and fill in ip adress of tv At prompt type:

appops set nl.rogro82.pipup SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW allow

And it Works :) Turn of developer mode after done this Thnx to projecteleanor for this info
