Run auto-discovery when connection does not succeed
After auto update homey to 2.1.2 I can not controle amny ikea device anymore. Homey gives an unknown error. With the orginal ikea tradfri application it all works.
The difficulty is how to reproduce this.
Strange thing is that I installed the update and it worked, without restarting the app or re-authenticating, but others are experiencing problems. My guess is that some setups have these problems.
I only have one homey, which also controls our house, so I've limited room experimentation.
If it is possible to send some logging, please do.
What you could try is to go to the settings of the app and press authenticate again.
Problem solved. Ipp address ikea gateway was changed or different in settings. No idea how. Push discovey button in app settings and new IP was found, saved and it worked again. Thanks a lot for the great app!!
I checked IP address ikea gateway with fing and it end with .181 for a long time. In the settingpage it was .185. Somehow it was changed in .185 in the last few days. Maybe due homey 2.1.2 update. Maybe it's an idea to run discovery when gateway can't be reached.
Changed title and labeled as enhancement. Not sure if everybody would like this behaviour, so should be an (on/off) option.
