Scroll speed is too slow and non-customizable

I have a div with miniscroll set on it, but it takes way too much scroll to get to the bottom. It should be definable in the settings or be the same speed as the default in browser.

I'll see that and try to solve as fast as possible, now I'm working on a new version with improvements and surely this can be one of them
