I'm using the recommended settings from #536
I restarted my LXC and it's working now. Would be nice if the service could detect this on its own and solve it.

Can confirm, having same issue on Docker, currently on version 2.0.114.0
Edit: I managed to solve issue on my part, it looks like my sqlite db was corrupted. I restored last backup and everything is up and running again, i'm adding this so it maybe helps someone.
