Downloads being marked as finished but single files not being completely downloaded

What version are you using? I just installed from Unraid Dockerhub integration. Repo = rogerfar/rdtclient What OS are you running? I am running on Unraid 6.12.0-rc4 Are you using Docker or as a service? Docker on Unraid

Hello, I've encountered a big issue yesterday: I was running a few downloads over night. When I looked through the downloads I started my usual process to rename the files and move them to their final directory. While doing this I discovered that some of the downloaded files differed immensely in file size from other video files in the same folder. I looked at the download list on rdtclient: every file was marked as "finished". I looked at some of the "failed" files, they had automatic retries but were also marked as finished.

I had to delete everything that I've downloaded in the last few days (about 1.5TB) as I could not be sure if there were any more corrupted files or not. Is this an issue that's known? I have been using my sonarr/radarr integration. I noticed this with Anime downloads that have been requested by my sonarr integration.

Add some logs in debug mode please.

I've included the debug log and 2 screenshots:

• First screenshot is the finished status in rdtclient for both affected files
• Second screenshot are the two incomplete/partial files (episode 1 and episode 2 in this case)

This was my second experiment, the first one was without debug mode and there it was different files that were affected. Both files should be roundabout 1.4GB, but they are nowhere near that number as you can see on the screenshot.

Unfortunately very hard to say what happened here, logs don't include those files in particular.

Is this still occurring?

Same experience here. Partial downloads from prem being marked as complete.

I don't know how to read the logs, but searching for "Mawaru" gives me many results.

@hieronymu I see in your log Cancelling download, but I don't see anything that can cause this. Do you have a full log?

@shengdom when I look in your logs at the end I see: RdtClient.Service.Services.Torrents: Deleting for torrent Mawaru.Penguindrum

This even can only come from:

• Deleting it from the web interface
• If AutoDelete is set, and the torrent was deleted from RealDebrid
• Deleted from the qBittorrent API (Sonarr/Radarr).

Because this event was triggered, the downloaders cancel and keep whatever there is downloaded.

In the next version I added a bit more logging to see exactly where this request would come from.
