Minimized stack color

When you minimize a Part stack, say the bottom one or the editor stack you get this http://snag.gy/k1z82.jpg. I'm on Win 7,

Same bug here, I'm on Windows 7 too.

I don't tink this is OS related: I've the same on Mac OS (Lion). I suppose this view has not been themed. (FIY, the console has also a white background.)

I'm affected by this as well (Ubuntu Precise, Eclipse 4.2 SR1).

The scroll bars are not themed either. unstyled elements

The perspective bar IS themed though.

I have the same issue on Ubuntu + KDE Dark Theme. But I do not have the issue with scroll bars. If the minimised stack was to be fixed, it would have been the perfect theme for me.
