Camera no longer producing recording after a power outage

I had a power outage almost a year ago I think and it caused two cameras to just stop working with viseron

one of the cameras which I did get connecting again and looking like it was working I now am finding never started making recordings once it was connecting again,

any advice on how to proceed? I am able to see live view for the camera, and did not change any detection or recording settings since before the power outage
