[Feature Request] Add rtsps support

Unifi protect has moved over to rtsps for secure rtsp connections. While unifi protect does support rtsp it is hidden on the ui and requires the user to mannually change the port to whatever unifi protect is using for rtsp and is not guaranteed to still exist in the future.

For anyone curious with a unifi protect setup all you need to change is change the port from 7441 to 7447 and set the stream_format to rtsp.

Will do, seems easy enough! Basically just need to allow it in the config schema since ffmpeg supports it
