Have you considered contributing your patches to https://code.google.com/p/gnuboy/ ?

i didnt know it

but otoh i deliberately picked the latest version from laguna because usually gamers have the habit to turn good code into bad code

you are of course free to cherry pick my patches to your fork, this is GPL for a reason

hello @clach04 ! it seems the google code repo is now dead, do you know the new home for the "community edition" of gnuboy ?

If you got to code.google.com it should point to sourceforge. The SF version is an import from code.google.com and includes the wiki. It would probably be good to move it into git. Sadly I don't have spares cycles to work on this.

Interesting, https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuboy/ shows up from the old google code page for me.

thanks. please leave this issue open so ppl like @christianmn who think this is the upstream for debian ( #2 ) version can find it.
