Improve library integration

Single item (movie/show):

• Remember all ids of the item to avoid duplicates
• Save in organized folders
• Use English name

Folder item (movies/shows listing):

• Automatic sync of listing to library (e.g., popular, trakt collection...)
• Remember what listing(s) were used to add each item and remove old strm files if item no longer exists in any listing (+was not added as a single item)

Remove automatic library setup (modifying files manually is bad!)

Using the English name caused a few clashes when I used SALTS integration to the library (i.e. adding "House" to my library also meant that I got a Korean show called "Full House" added as well to my library. It was really frustrating! There were problems with a few other shows as well), so I think that using the IDs is actually a better option.

I would also like to push for the automatic sync of a listing (i.e. trakt collection), instead of making me manually syncing the trakt collection every other week or so.

Additional ideas I've had:

1. When I add a show (mostly using Trakt collection, but I believe that's irrelevant), it downloads data for ALL episodes listed in TheTVDB, regardless of the release date (meaning, it includes future, unaired episodes. For example, the episode listed from season 5 of House of Cards which will air sometime in 2017). I think it should also ignore episodes with no air date. At the moment, I have quite a long list of shows in my library, even though I've watched all of their available episodes, because TheTVDB have their future season listed, normally with no air date yet.
2. Add an option for downloading SPECIALs information from TheTVDB (rather than just the actual seasons), for those who are interested.
