Add ability to hide talks on browse page

Currently when you hide a talk, it hides it universally. There are a couple applications where you'd like to hide the talk on the browse page but show it on the series page: social events in conferences and gap weeks in seminars. We should change the hide checkbox on the schedule page into a hide 3-way toggle.
