Should clicking the word "saved" turn on the saved filter?

For logged-in users, should clicking the word "saved" toggle the saved filter on? That is what I had assumed would happen, based on what topic and language do. But maybe it shouldn't do that, because then the next question is whether clicking it again would toggle it off, and in that case, is it possible to close the "saved" knowl without turning the filter off?

I think we should switch the saved link to be the same kind of formatting as the other filters, rather than a knowl. This will make it behave the same in terms of toggling, background color, being open....
