Dimmer Switches Immediately Turn Off after Turning On, immediately following another interaction

In the Home App, I'll tap to turn on a dimmer switch. The light will fade up. (All of my fade times are 0.5 seconds.) After turning on, the light immediately starts to turns off by itself. If you soon after try to turn the light back on again, the same thing happens over and over, randomly between 3 to 6 times. I've noticed that after turning it on the first time, if you wait 5-10 seconds and try again, the light stays on.

This problem does not seem to affect any of my scenes or relay on/off switches -- only dimmer switchlincs. Running ISY 994i ZW beta v5.0.10 2017-04-25.

@jamescornett - I am suspending support for the plugin as I no longer have the time to maintain it. I will leave the issue open for now so others will know there is a bug here. Thank you for your interest and for taking the time to post your issue.
