Is it possible to make Samaritan respond?

First off this is an awesome project. I've been playing around with it since you implemented the speech recognition. I was wondering if it is possible to have samaritan say specific things. I've been thinking about setting up this Neural Conversation Model and it would be crazy to have it linked to a locally run of Samaritan so it can "talk"
