Limit the number os GIFs showing at the same time

We can have some pretty old phones running a PWA with this lib, so would be nice to have a way to limit the maximum GIFs being played at the same time by the fps that the page is running. Minimum of 1 marker, maximum as the max possible to maintain 30fps or something.
