Test scenarios ahead of 2.0 release

I have tested sgminer (miner) and crypto note-api(pool). I am planning to test other configurations during the next week ahead of releasing v2.0.

Have you tested the latest version? Which miner/pool combination are you using?

I'm one small revision behind I need to update. Currently running claymore/nanopool and ewbf/nanopool mostly. I'm in the progress of playing around with cgminer (very close to sgminer but difference output for ASICs) and trying to figure out which pool I want to write the code for. Pretty much everyone supports API calls now so that stuff should be quick I just haven't had a lot of spare time lately. I'll get on the most up to date dev_influxdb branch asap. I was avoiding it since we changed the measurement names again and I have to fix all my graphs! =)

Just pushed two small bug fixes for the miners. I thought those had been fixed but I didn't see the fixes in your dev branch. I'm testing now on the current dev branch code.
