Error: Could not request certificate: Connection timed out

After i installed puppet-profiler on CentOs 6.4 , and trying to run it i get , error:

puppet-profiler Error: Could not request certificate: Connection timed out - connect(2)

Top 10 Puppet resources by runtime

if i specify the default values i get the same error:

puppet-profiler --command "puppet agent --test" Error: Could not request certificate: Connection timed out - connect(2)

Top 10 Puppet resources by runtime

Do i need to specify the puppet Server , or certs ?
