Seems same problem as seen here https://forum.yunohost.org/t/nextcloud-31-0-4-incorrect-format-row-format-dynamic/36540/2 A little script do the job to repair to alter the tables.
It's clear, for the tests on bookworm CI Upgrade from `2.0.2~ynh1` `2.0.2~ynh2` and `2.0.1~ynh1` there is no ressources bookworm packages ... Only since version `4.0.0`

@Tagadda , is it OK doing like this ? I didn't found how the upgrade can be done between packages `mobilizon_4.1.0_amd64-debian-bullseye.tar.gz` and `mobilizon_4.1.0_amd64-debian-bookworm.tar.gz`. Perhaps needs change and adapt the `test.toml`...
Ok, to upgrade from `4.0.1~ynh1` on bullseye can't works because the sources for `mobilizon_4.1.0_amd64-debian-bookworm.tar.gz` are not present...
