react-native-reanimated should be added as a peer dependancy

For projects which haven't already installed react-native-reanimated, this lib will be missing. Adding as a peer dependancy will install this as part of the npm install process.

hi, @rodgomesc , I have build problems caused by Reanimated on CMAKE compilation phase on Windows and not on Linux depending of the projects I have and their dependencies, so instability : do we need absolutely in the future version to integrate that lib : can we remove it please ?

yes : compile with linux
