Increased min size for ext4

with ext4 a 30M tomb results in 12M .password-store

10M failed to be large enough for mke2fs.

Hi, thank to this PR.

They has already been some discussion regarding this, so I do agree, it is time to increase the default size.

However, can you revert you change of the version number
