make option to set time for checking mail

Right now it is hard coded to check every 30 seconds. Can you please make this an option that one can set in the config? Would greatly appreciate it :)

Today Mattermail use imap idle to check when new emails arrive. The 30 seconds is used only if an error occurs and Mattermail will try again

I am agree with fat0. I am newbie with mattermail but i have seen in matter that some const variables are declared. I tested mattermail on one imap mailbox which has a large number of mails. The fetch processing stopped as i guess that 4000 is teh maximum. (but maybe i am wrong). If we can set our values according to our needs we could use mattermail easier. By the way thank you for this plugin :-).
