Testing: Add Installer Requirements

I will take all of the test case documentation under the Installer Requirements section of the documentation. This includes:

@akatch Have a look at the existing QA Testcases that I created early as examples and didn't explicitly reference in the index page. #28 got most of these, but there is additional documentation needed for Firmware RAID and NAS testcases, so I will keep this open.
