Migrate fedora 36 to rocky 9

This is a modified script from migrate2rocky9.sh and has been tested to work on Fedora36 but maybe will work for 37, 38 (line 139, as currently been busy).

Note: the kernel-core and kernel modules will not be deleted, can be checked using -> rpm -qa | grep fc36 (need to be rebooted, then do -> sudo dnf remove "*fc36*")
